The staff were notably polite and responsive, which contributed positively to the overall experience; however, the hospitality was somewhat dampened by housekeeping issues, including the presence of ants in one room and the need for repairs in the bathroom facilities. While the hotel offers some desirable amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a seasonal outdoor pool for cooling off during warmer days, it lacks nearby shopping or dining options, which may deter those seeking a longer stay. In summary, Complex Racic serves its purpose as a stopover destination.
